As "Grey's Anatomy" moves into its eighth season starting next Thursday, let's take a look back at the previous season. Season six had brought us a new group of residents from Mercy West, a new love for Callie, and some shocking moments. So, what is left for season seven? Well, plenty apparently. The writers surprisingly found new, or at least well-conceived twists for the characters are seven years. The seventh season of this medical melo-drama doesn't exactly have us on pins and needles, but there are… Full Story »

Entitled, The (2011)
Audio Video Revolution News and Reviews &bull Sep 14, 2011
Bottom line first? Well, "The Entitled" could have been much more than it turned out to be. However, I think that if it had been developed any further it would have been immediately recognizable as one of those, "I've seen this before" films. At the same time, the film does have a drawing quality to it. It walks a very fine line. But when push comes to shove, it ranks more as an underdevelopment short film project. Paul Dynan (Kevin Zegers) is a… Full Story »

X-Men: First Class (2011)
Audio Video Revolution News and Reviews &bull Sep 13, 2011
X-Men has one of the more disappointing franchise runs in terms of comic book adaptation to the big screen. The first film was extremely promising and then as with most franchises, but to a larger degree, the sequels got worse and worse. Still, I found them quite entertaining, which is all that really matters to me. How ever, comic book purists and extreme fans tore the films apart for their lack of continuity with the comics. That may very well be, but saga lives on. After failing with the X-Men franchise, the studio broke away and created and origins film… Full Story »

A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song (2011)
Audio Video Revolution News and Reviews &bull Aug 29, 2011
As you may have guessed, as the third film in the franchise, the plot is fairly redundant. There is not much that is whole-heartedly original here versus the previous two films. I have to watch what I say here. Lucy, don't hate me for saying this, but the premise falls flat with nothing to grab onto. I love you, but it is true. Our beloved Lucy Hale is the girl up this time around, portraying our Cinderella. In the first film, Hilary Duff got the attic of a suburban L.A home. In the second film, Selena Gomez got the guesthouse… Full Story »

If you know of any other models of this product with a different MPN/UPC, please add them below. Billy Wilder's uber-cynical expose on the scavenger-like press and its manipulative hold on a sensation-craving, gullible public gets the ultimate workout in Ace in the Hole one of the writer-director's greatest achievements and probably the one film in his oeuvre that is the least well known to the general public. Kirk Douglas stars as down-on-his-luck journalist Chuck Tatum who takes a $60 a week job on an Albuquerque newspaper in order to work his way back to the top of the newspaper… Full Story »
